Allows you to fetch all the featurings that AppTweak has been able to gather on App Store or Google play in the selected countries on a given period.

true returns the featured-content pages as nested objects, one per day with its groups, each keeping only the entries that include the app, instead of the flat one-row-per-featuring featured_content array of the 200 response. Ignored when type=today, which has one shape. Defaults to false.
