Reviews per country or per device language?
For iOS apps, the reviews are classified per country and they contain all the available language in that country. The reviews are both grouped for iPhone and iPad.
For Android apps, the reviews are classified per device language. You will therefore get the same reviews if you're fetching data from two countries where the same language is available (for example English in the US or English in the UK).
Returns app reviews as they are displayed in the mobile app stores. You need to select the sort type (Most Helpful, Most Positive, Most Critical, or Most Recent) by which reviews are displayed. The App Store and Google Play class by default the application's reviews by the Most Useful.
