Reviews per country or per device language?
For iOS apps, the reviews are classified per country and they contain all the available language in that country. The reviews are both grouped for iPhone and iPad.
For Android apps, the reviews are classified per device language. You will therefore get the same reviews if you're fetching data from two countries where the same language is available (for example English in the US or English in the UK).
App Reviews Displayed
Returns app reviews as they are displayed in the mobile app stores. You need to select the sort type (Most Helpful, Most Positive, Most Critical, or Most Recent) by which reviews are displayed. The "Most Critical" sorting criteria is only available for IOS devices, as it's not supported by Google Play Store anymore. The App Store and Google Play class by default the application's reviews by the Most Useful.
App Reviews Search
Access all the existing reviews entries from an app on the App Store and Google Play in the selected country and based on several criteria like date, rating or even to search for a specific term or expression in the reviews's body.
App Reviews Stats
Access all the stats related to the reviews entries about a specific app on the App Store and Google Play in the selected country and based on several criteria like date, rating or even to search for a specific term or expression in the reviews's body.
You will get the number ratings, the average rating and the rating breakdown for each day.
When should I fetch my data?
AppTweak starts fetching app reviews around 3am CET every day for your followed apps. The fetching finishes at 3pm CET for iOS the same day and around 1am CET for Android the next day.
